We will be practicing this coming week for the school Christmas concert which will be held on Thursday December 20 at noon and 6:30pm.   Students should have their candles for the practices as well as for the concert performances.  We wish you and your family a blessed Christmas season and a wonderful new year! 

Week of 12-3-12

It has been a busy week!  Students have begun practicing as a school for the upcoming Christmas concert.  This morning students will be performing a Christmas program for senior citizens.  If your child did not order a battery operated candle through the school for the Christmas concert, please be sure he/she brings one in by Monday December 17. 

Our next school mass will be Wednesday as we honor Our Lady of Guadalupe.  Students will receive the sacrament of reconciliation on Tuesday afternoon.  Have a wonderful weekend!

Week of 11-26-12

Congratulations to our math contest participants! 

On November 10, Maggie, Timmy, Ian, Quinlan, and Monica competed individually and as a team at Montini High School.

On November 17, Maggie, Timmy and Audrey M participated in an individual competition at Immaculate Conception High School.

A super job was done by all-- we are very proud of you!!

Week of 11-19-12

Week of October 29

We had a great time celebrating Halloween as a grade level with students playing games, enjoying nachos and relaxing to the movie Casper.   A special thank you to Mrs. Dunn, Mrs. Blanchard and Mrs. Norgle for all your efforts in making it a fun day for all. 

Report cards are being sent home today with a reminder about parent teacher conferences on Friday November 9.  Students who are participating in the math competition at Montini will receive a schedule to bring home today.  We are looking forward to seeing you and your child on Friday November 9.   

Week of October 22

The math competitions in November are Saturday November 10 8:30AM-12:30PM at Montini and Saturday November 17 8:30 AM-11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception High School.  Please have your child see Mrs. Phelan if he/she is interested in participating.  Our Halloween field trip is set for Wednesday morning followed by our grade level party at 1PM.  Our next all school mass will be on Thursday in which we will celebrate All Saint's Day. 

Week of October 15, 2012

It's been a great start to the school year.  Students were given permission slips today for the trip to the Main Street cemetery on October 31 to collect and analyze data from the tombstones.  The permission slips are due Wednesday 10/24.  There will be a math competition for students who are interested in November.  More details to come...
